Step-by-Step Guide
1. To enroll your devices individually, install the DMS app on your Android or iOS mobile device → Launch the DMS app → Log in with your admin account → Tap + → Scan the barcode on the side of the BenQ smart display to bind your display → Enter a name and description for your display → Tap ADD. Your device is now enrolled to your DMS account.
**This works even if your BenQ smart display is offline or powered off.
2. To enroll multiple displays at once, go to dms.benq.com → Log in with your admin credentials.
3. Go to the main menu on the left → Click Devices.
4. Click + → Select Device → Select Bulk enrollment → Click Next → Download the CSV template, enter the display serial numbers and device names, then upload it and click Finish.
