With BenQ DMS, you can remotely manage all your BenQ smart displays from one console.

Step-by-Step Guide

  • Go to dms.benq.com → Log in with your admin credentials.
  • To set and control a specific device:
    • Search for a specific device to get a quick status overview.
    • Set up and control: Update firmware, optimize memory and CPU, free up storage space on the display, adjust volume and brightness, change the picture mode and color management, and even set the display to sleep mode, shut down, or reboot.
  • Access board settings and information:
    • Status: View and modify all your BenQ smart display settings, check which policy the display is under and what automation is active on the display, and restrict users from logging into the Play Store on the display.
    • Apps: Install new apps, view app details, clear cache, clear data, uninstall the app, and disable app for users on the display.
    • Logs: View all the management events that have occurred on the display.
    • Device analytics: Access detailed analytics for apps, CPU and memory usage, power consumption as well as air quality data if you have a BenQ Board Pro.
