Step-by-Step Guide

1. Go to dms.benq.com → Log in with your admin credentials.

2. Go to the main menu on the left → Click Policies.

3. Click Edit an existing policy or Click + to create a new Policy → Enter a policy name → Click Add.

• To check new Wi-Fi settings, go to Advanced menu and click Network → Add Wi-Fi → Configure the security type, set the network as hidden, or enable a random MAC address → Click Save.

          **You also have the option to forget a Wi-Fi network.

• To change a device’s app settings, click + to add an app → Click Select → On the right-hand side, you’ll find a list of settings. Select the ones you want to modify and adjust them as needed. For example, only allowing devices using AirPlay, Chromecast, or Miracast to use native casting → After the setting is changed, it will be enforced and locked, preventing users from making changes → Click Deploy policy → Click Confirm → Select a target, then confirm the deployment.

**The app's settings will be changed when the app is restarted on all targeted devices.
