The Bluetooth function of BenQ smart business projectors is built into the Android operating system, which uses hardware separate from other input sources like HDMI or D-Sub. Thus, the Bluetooth function is only available when using the projector’s built-in Android OS or BenQ launcher as the input source. In other words, due to the current hardware design, we can't transmit audio using HDMI or D-Sub to external Bluetooth speakers. If the projector model you have is BenQ GV1, GS2, or TK810, please follow the steps to fix the issue.

Connect the projector to the internet and follow the user manual to update the projector firmware to the latest firmware version
STEP 2
Click “App Store” on the home screen
STEP 3
Select and install “CCast”
If the projector model you have is BenQ E600/E800 series, please follow the steps to fix the issue.
