What is the difference between Certificates and Accomplishments?
The core purpose between them is different. In the Certificate section, you get an overview of how to use the boards to help you become a BenQ Certified Graduate or BenQ Certified IT Admin. In the Accomplishments section, you can watch our videos to get step-by-step tips on each model and each software; this helps all BenQ customers using BenQ Boards.
How do I apply for a Certificate?
1. Log in to your BenQ Academy account. 2. Click the Certificate you are ready to earn. 3. Watch the videos on the Certificate page if you are unfamiliar with BenQ Boards. 4. Get a 100 score to pass the test. 5. You can now get your Certificate.
Do I need to pay an additional fee to obtain a Certificate?
At BenQ Academy, we provide free online courses and Certificates to help our customers learn how to use BenQ Boards. All the online Certificates are free.
What should I do if I have lost my Certificate?
You can download the Certificate again for free. If you're unsure how to download the Certificate, please see "How do I download my Certificate?"
How do I download my Certificate?
After passing the test with a 100 score, you will be able to download, save, and/or print a quality-assured Certificate in PDF format. You can also download your Certificate in two ways: 1. Click on your account icon on the top right and then click the Learning Portfolio tab. Scroll down to view and download all your completed Accomplishments, Certificates, and Badges. 2. Or, click each completed module’s Online Certificate Overview tab then click on Earn Your Certificate. Sign in and then click the Download Certificate or Download Badge buttons on the top banner.
Will my test scores be listed on the Certificate?
No, your score will not be shown on your Certificate. The score will only be shown on your Certificate test page.
Do I need to complete the course within a specific timeframe to obtain the Certificate?
No, there are no time limits in this section. You can complete the course based on your schedule.
Do I need to watch all the related videos to get the Certificate?
No, it's not required. You can take the tests anytime you like.
What can I do with these Certificates?
You can use them as a signature in emails, include them in your resume, or share them on social media such as LinkedIn, Meet.jobs, and Reed as an accomplishment.
